Tikkun Ha'Nefesh

The organization for Torah-aligned, whole-person healing.

Clinically grounded. Fully integrated. Lasting change.

The need

Many appear outwardly functional while internally suffering.

Across the Jewish community, people are struggling quietly — with addiction, compulsion, trauma, anxiety, spiritual disconnection, and a loss of meaning. Shame, stigma, cost, and simple confusion about the options keep them from asking for help until something breaks.

And many have already tried.

Therapy. Rehab — sometimes more than once. Recovery programs. Retreats. Ceremony. Real money spent, real effort made, and the same life waiting when they get home.

What would healing look like if it were about thriving, and not only surviving?

What has been missing

Three reasons it has not worked yet.

Spiritual

Observant Jews meet practitioners who frame the work in ways their Judaism cannot hold. And even where that is not the problem, the spirituality floats free of the actual life — profound experiences that never reach how a person keeps their word.

Our answer

Every practitioner is vetted with halachic sensitivity and rabbinic guidance. You should not have to choose between faith and healing.

Clinical

The alternative healing world is largely unregulated, and many practitioners are simply unqualified. No supervision, no crisis protocol, and nothing grounded in how somebody lives on an ordinary Tuesday.

Our answer

Every practitioner is vetted for clinical competence and a track record of safety, using a framework set by a licensed clinical advisor.

Structural

Something opens, and nothing holds it. The usual answer is to go back — another retreat, another ceremony, another program. Without something to hold what opened, it is easy to keep searching for the next experience instead of learning how to live what you already saw. That is not healing. It is dependence.

Our answer

We hold the whole process — from the first conversation to the life that follows it.

Tikkun Ha'Nefesh was built to answer all three — which is why it had to be an ecosystem, not a single program.

The Tikkun ecosystem

One ecosystem.
The right support at the right time.

Tikkun Ha'Nefesh helps people find the right path, prepare for meaningful work, and integrate what they learn into the way they actually live.

Tikkun Path

Before the experience.
After the experience.
And everything in between.

Guidance, discernment, trusted referrals, preparation, integration, and continued support.

However someone enters, the same ecosystem is there to support what comes before and what comes after.

Why it lasts

Freedom is not only freedom from something. It is freedom for something.

Stopping the behavior is not a big enough reason to change. Nobody sustains a life organized around what they are avoiding. Three things hold, and Path carries all three long after the immersion ends.

  • Purpose

Something worth living toward — greater than the next urge, fear, or moment of relief.

  • A framework

Practices and principles that help a person return to what matters when life gets real.

  • Community

People who know you, walk beside you, and remind you that growth does not happen alone.

The goal is not dependence on Tikkun. It is independence, with support.

Our standard

Healing held within halacha and Torah values.

Hashem Echad

G-d is One.

K'garzen Beyad Hachotzeiv

Objects are instruments, not sources of independent power.

Lo Tizkor

No invoking foreign deity names.

The invitation

Join the repair.

Tikkun means repair. Not replacement, and not pretending the break never happened — taking what shattered and making something whole out of it. The light comes through the place that cracked.

You are not funding a program. You are funding the ecosystem — the first conversation, the guidance, the ongoing support, and everything that holds a person afterward.
