Integration & Community

Insight is not integration.

The experience is not the end — what happens afterward matters. After the experience, Tikkun Ha'Nefesh is still here: for integration, community, referrals, and ongoing guidance.

The question

The question is not only: What did I see?

But: how is what I learned changing the way I live?

  • Can the insight become the boundary?
  • Can what you saw become who you are when nobody is watching?

Insight becomes useful when it becomes the way you live.

Why it matters

And then you went home.

The hard part is rarely the experience itself. It is the ordinary Tuesday three weeks later, when the room is gone and the old life is still there.

Integration is where the work of healing becomes the work of living differently.

After the experience

We're always here.

Wherever the experience happened, Tikkun Ha'Nefesh remains a place to come back to.

Guidance and matching are free. Independent practitioners and programs may charge separately for the services they provide.

How Tikkun Path works →

  • Integration

    Help carrying it home.

A structured integration framework — guided reflection over a defined period after the experience, Torah-aligned practice pairings, and character-trait work matched to what you are integrating — with ongoing support from your integration guide.

  • Community

People in the same stretch of the work.

Integration groups meet regularly, so nobody has to hold it alone — open to anyone doing this work, whether or not they ever set foot on the Sanctuary.

  • Referrals

The right person for what comes next.

Referral to integration therapists and coaches as needed, from a network checked for clinical competence and reviewed with rabbinic guidance.
